Sharing Ink Data With Clients
Generate a link/QR so clients can view registered inks and download attached data sheets.
TatTool can generate a shareable link (and QR code) that shows the inks registered on a booking and lets the client view/download attached data sheets.
Where to create the link
On the booking, open the link/actions menu (chain icon) → Share ink data.
Before You Share
You can only share ink data after at least one ink has been registered to the booking.
What The Client Sees
The client page shows:
- Your studio name/logo
- A list of inks registered for the booking (name, brand, color, batch number)
- A “View/Download datasheet” action when a datasheet is attached
Privacy
This link is designed to avoid exposing client PII. It shows the inks for the booking, not the client’s identity.
Link Expiration And Security
- The ink share link has an expiry date (default is typically ~7 days).
- You can update the expiry in the share modal.
- Datasheet downloads use short-lived secure links (presigned URLs) for safety.
