Ink Registration

Data Sheets

Upload PDF data sheets, attach them to inks, and optionally share them with clients.

Data sheets are PDF documents you upload and attach to inks (for example, manufacturer documentation).

Where to upload data sheets

Go to Extensions → Ink Registration → Data Sheets.

PDF files only
Multiple uploads are supported

Uploaded data sheets count toward your organization’s storage usage.

Attaching A Data Sheet To An Ink

You can attach a data sheet:

During ink creation, or
From the ink edit/actions UI

Once attached, the data sheet can be included when sharing ink info with a client (see: Sharing Ink Data With Clients).

Using Inks on Bookings

Register inks to a booking, understand restrictions, and fix common issues.

Sharing Ink Data With Clients

Generate a link/QR so clients can view registered inks and download attached data sheets.
