Account

Your personal user profile. One account can belong to multiple organizations.

Organization

A shared workspace that contains members, locations, events, payments, and configuration.

Member

Your account’s membership in an organization, including role and organization-specific settings.

Location

Where work happens. Events are assigned a location.

Event

Something scheduled on the calendar (booking, consultation, time off, closure, etc.).

Booking

The service appointment (the tattoo session).

Consultation

A pre-booking meeting with a client.

Client

The person receiving the service.

Payment

A recorded money event (online or offline) used for operations and reporting.

Verification

A workflow step that marks payments as trusted for reporting (recorded vs verified).

Flow

An automation that sends messages/notifications/webhooks based on triggers and conditions.

Extension

An optional module that adds capabilities (Stripe, Twilio, Resend, consent forms, etc.).
