Automation & Flows

Flows automate communication using triggers, conditions, and actions that run in the background.

Flows are automation for communication in TatTool.

Flows:

Listen for triggers (something happens)
Check conditions (optional)
Execute communication actions (notifications, email, SMS, webhooks)
Run asynchronously in the background

Communication-only

Flows cannot change bookings, payments, or data. They are intentionally limited for safety and predictability.
