Extensions
Extensions enable optional capabilities like online payments, SMS/email sending, consent forms, and ink registration.
Extensions unlock optional capabilities for an organization.
Examples include:
- Stripe Payments (online payments)
- Twilio SMS (sending SMS through flows)
- Resend Email (using Resend as the organization email provider)
- Digital Consent Forms
- Ink Registration
Extensions:
- Are installed per organization
- Often add new settings pages and flow actions
Email providers are selected separately in Communication Settings. For example, installing Resend Email makes Resend available as a provider option for the generic Send Email flow node and manual email sends.
