Revenue Targets & Access
How targets are set and calculated, and who can view Insight.
Access & Permissions
Insight access is role-based:
- Reception: no access to Insight
- Member: access, but only their own data
- Owner / Admin / Manager: full access
Revenue Targets
Revenue targets are set per member (monthly target). Insight then calculates a target for the currently selected period by prorating across the days in that period.
Where to set targets
Owners/admins can set targets from Members → member Actions → Set revenue target.
How Targets Are Aggregated
Targets are summed across the selected users:
- With no user filter, the widget uses the whole active member list.
- With a user filter, targets are summed only for those users.
Location filters and targets
Targets are per member. If you want a location-specific target, filter users to the members working that location (in addition to setting the location filter).
