Why can’t reception see Insight?
Insight contains revenue reporting. Reception roles do not have access to Insight.
Why does Outlook not match Performance?
Outlook is projected from booking prices (estimates). Performance is based on payments (actual money events). Differences are expected.
Is Insight my Stripe payout or bank balance?
No. Insight is reporting. Stripe payouts, fees, and settlement timing can differ from what Insight shows.
Why did a past value change?
If payments were edited later (for example a refund was registered), Insight updates historical values to match the current ledger state.
Why does utilization show 0 for a location?
Capacity depends on members assigned to that location. Assign members here:
- Members → member Actions → Assign locations
How do I explain a widget to someone quickly?
Open the widget’s details panel (top-right button). It explains the data source, calculation, time range, and active filters.
