Refund a Vipps MobilePay payment in TatTool and understand the difference between revenue and payouts.
You can refund all or part of a Vipps MobilePay payment from its booking in TatTool.
Return Money To A Client
Open the booking’s Payments tab and choose Refund via MobilePay from the original payment’s three-dot menu. The refund goes through the account that received the payment, even if you have archived that account in TatTool.
If you have already returned the money by cash or bank transfer, choose Record external refund instead. This saves a record without sending money again.

Fees And Payouts
Check your Vipps MobilePay agreement or business portal for your fees and payout schedule. A payout is the money Vipps MobilePay sends to your bank account.
The bank payout can differ from your TatTool revenue total because of fees and timing. TatTool reports revenue from verified payments minus verified refunds. See Revenue & Reporting Behavior for more detail.
