Location closures
Block scheduling when a location is closed so bookings and consultations can’t be created or moved into that time.
Location closures are used when a location is fully closed for a period of time.
They prevent events from being scheduled during the closed period.
Closure creation rule
You can’t create a closure that overlaps existing scheduled bookings or consultations at that location. Move/cancel those first, then create the closure.
Closure Period
Choose the start and end date and time for the closure.
Dates and times can be:
- Typed directly
- Selected using the calendar icon popover
Title
Enter a short title describing the closure, such as:
- Closed for renovation
- Public holiday
Location
Select the location that is closed.
During this period:
- Bookings and consultations cannot be created in the closed time range
- Existing bookings and consultations cannot be moved into the closed time range
Description
Add optional details explaining the reason for the closure or any additional context.
