Permissions & Limitations
Who can create and edit flows, and what flows are intentionally not allowed to do.
Permissions
All roles can use flows when creating bookings, payments, or consent forms.
Only owners and admins can:
- Create flows
- Edit flow nodes
- Edit conditions
- Toggle “Run always”
This ensures consistent automation while preventing accidental changes.
What Flows Cannot Do
Flows are intentionally limited for safety and predictability.
Flows cannot:
- Change bookings
- Change payments
- Modify data
- Delete records
- Block user actions
Flows are communication-only workflows.
