Fast answer

Admins and owners choose the organization email provider here. Email sent from flows, payment links, consent form links, and other client-facing send actions uses the selected provider.

Email Provider

The email provider is the service TatTool uses when it sends client-facing email for your organization.

Available provider options can include:

  • TatTool Email Provider – TatTool-managed email sending.
  • Resend – your organization’s own Resend account, available after the Resend Email extension is installed and configured.

Only providers that are available and ready can be selected.

Resend is optional

Installing Resend Email does not automatically change how emails are sent. Select Resend in Communication settings if you want organization emails to use your Resend account.

Sender Settings

Sender settings control what clients see when they receive an email:

  • Sender name – the display name shown in the inbox.
  • Reply-to email – where client replies should go.

When using the TatTool-managed provider, TatTool manages the sending address. Your organization can still control the sender name and reply-to address.

Where The Selected Provider Is Used

The selected email provider is used for organization email sends such as:

SMS messages are separate and continue to use the SMS provider configured for your organization, such as Twilio SMS.

TatTool Email Usage

If you use TatTool Email Provider, the Communication page shows usage for the current period.

Usage includes counts such as accepted, delivered, bounced, complained, and failed messages when delivery status is available.
