Calendar Access
Control whether a member can see and work with calendar data without removing them from scheduling.
Calendar Access lets owners/admins control whether a member can access calendar-related areas of TatTool, without removing them from the organization.
This is useful when someone should remain schedulable (so they can be assigned to bookings), but should not see calendar, client, or booking-derived financial data.
Where To Change Calendar Access
- Go to Settings → Organization → Members
- Find the member in the table
- Open Actions → Change calendar access
- Toggle Calendar access and click Save
Who can change it
Only Owners and Admins can change calendar access. Admins can’t change calendar access for owners.
What Happens When Disabled
When calendar access is disabled, the member:
- Can still log in
- Can still be assigned to bookings
- Cannot view the calendar or events
- Cannot view clients
- Cannot view booking-derived financial data (for example, revenue reporting)
- Won’t receive booking-related notifications
Operational impact
If calendar access is disabled, the member may not see or be notified about bookings they are assigned to. Make sure your team has a process for communicating schedule changes.
Re-Enabling Calendar Access
Re-enabling calendar access restores normal calendar visibility and related access for that member.
