Open the related booking/consultation/payment/consent form → Flow Logs to see the exact email-node error message and provider used.

  1. Is Resend installed and active? Extensions → Resend Email
  2. Is it configured? Resend Email → Settings
    • From email
    • API key
  3. Is Resend selected as the organization email provider? Settings → Communication
  4. Is the from email verified in Resend?
  5. Does the recipient have an email address?
